    Every three years, Registered Yoga Teachers must complete and log 30 hours of yoga-related training to maintain Yoga Alliance registration.

 Continuing Education Courses

  • Learn the basics of prenatal yoga. During this course we will cover what to do and what not to do when facilitating a safe yoga class for birthing people. By the end of this course you should feel comfortable having a pregnant person show up to your class and creating an inclusive and safe environment for them.

  • Learn a variety of sequencing techniques to refine and effectivey share your yoga offerings. During this course we will cover peak pose sequencing, flow yoga sequencing, helpful tips and tricks, and fun ways to shake up your yoga offerings.

  • Learn a variety of physical hands-on adjustments and how to apply them to your yoga offerings. During this course we will cover the importance of consent and how to incoporate it into your yoga class, safely practice several adjustments with other yoga teachers, and probably have a few belly laughs along the way.

  • Learn how to guide Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, also known as ‘yogic sleep’ in modern practice is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. During this course we will cover what Yoga Nidra is, the benefits it offers, and how to guide Yoga Nidra step-by-step.

  • Learn the basics of Yin Yoga coupled with Restorative Yoga principles. During this course we will cover the differences between Yin and Restorative Yoga, the benefits they offer on their own and when used together, and how to guide a Restorative Yin Yoga practice step-by-step.
