Things To Know:
Donation-based $10-$20 suggested donation per class.
Try to arrive at least five minutes early to complete a liability waiver and settle in.
18+ (minors may attend, but will need a liability waiver signed by a parent/guardian and respectful children must be accompanied by an adult).
No previous yoga experience is required, but an open mind and a willingness to explore your practice are encouraged.
A limited supply of mats, blocks, and straps will be available for use - we look forward to practicing with you!
